These tags are unique to Pandora's Jewel Box and Pet Tags. We put most any design on your pet tag. Our graphics team will work with your request in a speedy and courteous manner. Just send us a description of what you would like or send us an image and we will be glad to discuss the design and format with you.

We will need a high quality image since your tag's clarity will depend on that.

We engrave the back for free and if you would like to add your pet's name to the FRONT of the tag too, there is an additional charge of $3.00.

Please choose first and 2nd choice for the shape of your tag.
