Hi Donna, I received the pet ID tag yesterday and am beyond thrilled with the purchase and service. The tag is much prettier than I had even hoped. For the price I expected it to look a little plastic, but WOW, it's the best pet bling in town. I felt informed through each step and the personalized, hand written note on the packaging slip was an amazing extra touch!!! (You just don't get that kind of service any where anymore).
